Anh Nguyen
Anh Nguyen is the founder and principal of iORG Solutions. He started the company with one goal in mind: Deliver excellent work in the human capital space to help companies stay competitive and individuals within organizations live an enriching life.
In addition to his expertise in talent management, Anh has developed a unique approach to making change stick and helping organizations capitalize on the benefits of their business transformations. He’s helped manage change for mergers & acquisitions, business model innovations, technology implementations and operational improvements.
His experience cuts across all industries and functions, touching a wide range of organizational cultures and diverse employees. Prior to starting his own boutique consulting firm, Anh worked for Deloitte Consulting, Hitachi Consulting, and IBM Global Business Services.
In his spare time, he enjoys looking for start-up opportunities in a variety of areas, watching documentaries on the origin of life, and conversing with interesting people over a nice Cabernet.
Anh earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, his MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
